The RCS cloud services are based on three individually available services.

- Swisscom O365
The core is the individually adapted, scalable server cloud in our Schaffhausen service center. This is supplemented by the reliable, secure cloud backups with an additional tape service.
The cloud services are concluded with cloud-based O365 mail, calendar, contacts, teams and other services operated in cooperation with Swisscom.
We can network your computer systems and electronic communication equipment – whether that’s internal (LAN) or external (WAN).
We can provide support for all operating systems and standard applications. RCS EDV Dienstleistungen is a licensed partner of Fujitsu Technology.
We can install your hardware and software, whether client, server or network components.
We are happy to come to you. Our working time is calculated from and back to our service center. Travel expenses are included. We guarantee all work and replacement parts for 3 months.
